Wedding season officially kicked off last weekend and it was a true Fairy tale in Windsor Castle! With an audience of millions of people watching from all over the world, the pressure was really high on everyone to get things done right. This very much included the dress code for the guests. After all they were invited at the Queen s favorite house for a Wedding!
Frankly, I was expecting the guests to be dressed amazingly well, and my disappointment as a Fashion Stylist living in London was huge! Before we dive in and analyse the outfits, my first advice will be, please ask for help when you don’t know. It’s as simple as Bonjour! And people like me are always happy to help you look your best at any occasion!
was as usual in her element! Only her Majesty can carry a Neon green and purple outfit with such elegance at her age, so no wrong!
I definitely think she was stunning, even too simple, her dress was beautiful, but I would have loved it more if it was slightly more fitted, to flatter her amazing figure. Thank God all the attention was drawn around her gorgeous face with this beautiful boat neck, that I think was just perfect for her, plus the dreamy veil, which added the perfect touch.
The Duchess of Cambridge ( Kate Middleton) :
I admire the fact that the Duchess of Cambridge picked her amazing Macqueen Ensemble, that suits her perfectly , and already worn 4 times before.
Kate gave Meghan all the space needed to shine on her special day. And this is what I call La Classe!
What I see as a fashion faux pas here, is the choice of the colour, even that the Macqueen Ensemble is creamy and not white, we know that all shades of white are to avoid on a wedding day, simply because it is the color of the bride. Maybe Kate should have had a word with her Personal Stylist or called me!!!
Best dressed in my book are: AMAL CLOONEY in Stella McCartney, She just nailed it in terms of colour, style, and fitting, not to mention her perfect matching Hat. she was perfect.
CAREY MULLIGAN, in Erdem, she just got the right outfit that lightens up the room for an English wedding day with a touch of romance and softness.
Doria Ragland, in reality she was the star of this wedding! Watching her only daughter getting married to Prince Harry, her emotion touched a million of hearts and souls, she was brave, strong, dignified, and looked amazing in her mint green Oscar De La Renta Ensemble.
Bravo les filles!
