It might be summer still (well, not in London), but thinking that September is around the corner is a good reason for everyone to check your wardrobe, make a detox and update a nice list with everything new that you need.

Before I start talking about all the trends, and what you may need to get, my first advice is make sure you already have the perfect basics, those that make your everyday life easy .

After a few shopping sessions with my clients this month all I can say is that It looks like this autumn/winter season is set to be super stylish and colourful. We are going to paint our wardrobes through an eighties style. And I am pretty sure everybody will get the chance to find the colours that suit him or her.

The palette seems like unisex as we can find the same colours for men and women.
You will probably see a lot of military, bold bright colours, such as red, green, orange, yellow, bleu, pink, powdery pastels, violet and different shades of brown, and also the timeless grey, and the chic white and cream, and of course the elegant black.

I was personally surprised and falling in love with so many of the prints and patterns that made it into the catwalk. Every fashion house has something different to offer to add a bit more of style to your closet.

If your are shopping in the next few days you will probably meet different prints like tribal prints, polka dots, funky animal prints, leopard, all types of stripes, plaid pieces, Graphic and op-art prints, word prints, and a lot of fun and creative prints.

Always make sure you pick the one that suits your style, taking into consideration different little things, or simply ask for some advice. I am here to help .

We also will see fringes and feathers, fur and faux fur, leather, sheep wool, vinyl and probably in very bright colours.

I think that the choice is so wide that everybody will either get totally lost or find more than the needed pieces.
